At Whiskey Acres, we believe that great whiskey isn’t made. It’s grown. Every drop of whiskey we distill starts as a seed planted on our fifth-generation family farm in DeKalb, IL, and is harvested, cleaned, milled, mashed, distilled, aged and bottled on-site. It’s truly Seed to Spirit.
